I cut my hand on a shrub trimmer and the Doctor was very pleasant and quickly stiched me up. Then because I couldn't get in with my personal Doctor I returned to get them out. I will definitely use them again for emergency or times i can't get in with my regular Doctor. My only problem was that if you are driving you can go right by the clinic. Need better sign.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and competent doctor ( Ibrahim Hassan) and nurse (Elisa) Efficient service- beats the service at Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital Urgent cares just down the street from this newer place. Owned by two physicians who are emergency care docs and nurse. Solid tech, walked in and learned that it’s a one stop shop with many services. Got crays done and given to me on cd ina just a few mins. Total time in and out was under a half hour or even less. Thank you to the team for providing me excellent care when my entire arm was in a lot of pain.

I came for a DOT medical exam renewal, they charge $120, they’re professional and polite, Dr. Ibrahim went above and beyond expectations.
The entire staff are very friendly and the doctor there is very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to be around. The building is very clean and doesn’t have that urgent care look and feel like most of them do. They even have complimentary coffee and tea! Definitely would recommend this place for sure!

Visited CleCare Urgent Care , what a great experience! The center is beautiful, and very clean. I was greeted by a kind woman at the desk who checked me in.. Vitals taken by a very kind young man, followed by an exam on my shoulder by the PA Frank. The care I received was absolutely wonderful! I was in and out in less than an hour. Frank actually walked me to my car, making sure I didn't slip on the ice. As I passed the staff, all wished me well. I truly can't say enough good things about my time here. I am beyond pleased with my experience and highly recommend this center.
